Parts of a whole, and how they compare. One published board so far, and it does not let anybody off simplifying.
Fractured Fractions cuts a picture with a single point and asks that every piece come out holding the fraction written on its card. The pieces show what they actually are — 7/21, 10/15, 30/72 — and the cards say 1/3, 2/3, 5/12, so the only road from one to the other is reducing. The harder packs never show a rectangle already wearing its answer in lowest terms. More fraction boards are built and in testing; they reach this shelf one at a time, when they are good enough to keep.
